SonNext Mobile Account Registration

To request registration of your SonNext Mobile account,select “Account Registration,” enter your
email address in additional information box please provide your mobile phone number including
country code and your desired username (it is not guaranteed). As well please provide serial
numbers of all of the SonNext devices to be assosiated with your account. You will receive your
password via the SMS code on your provided mobile number.

SonNext Mobile Account Deletion

To request deletion of your SonNext Mobile account,select “Account Deletion,” enter the email
address associated with your account, and submit the form. Do not provide your password.
After identity verification, SonNext will delete your operator account and associated personal
profile information. Treatment, clinical, security, and audit records may be retained where
required for legal, regulatory, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes. We will confirm the
request and explain any information that must be retained and its applicable retention period.
